Don’t Waste Another Day
Suffering from Missing Teeth

You shouldn’t have to suffer with broken, failing, and missing teeth. Dental health problems can make it impossible to enjoy your favorite foods or feel confident in your social and professional life. In the past, replacing missing and failing teeth meant dentures that could slip, shift, rub, and limit you to a soft food diet. Many denture wearers suffer from nutritional deficiencies, are unable to enjoy a full range of healthy foods and struggle to speak clearly or laugh and smile confidently.

Fortunately, dental technology has advanced by leaps and bounds over the last several decades. Today, we can completely rebuild a full set of strong, permanently fixed teeth with full-mouth dental implants that can withstand 99% of normal biting forces while looking and feeling completely natural. While dental implants have restored thousands of smiles, dentistry perfected these tooth restorations even further and created zirconia dental implants. These zirconia implants are the most natural-looking, feeling, and functioning option for complete smile rehabilitation. These dental implants will never shift, slip, or rub. With a good hygiene routine and regular maintenance, your zirconia implants can create a smile you’ll love for a lifetime!

What Are Zirconia Implants?

Zirconia is a ceramic material created by oxidizing zirconium. Although it starts as a metal, zirconia used in dentistry is fully ceramic, making it the only metal-free dental implant option on the market. Zirconia has been used to create dental crowns since the early 2000s and due to its superior strength and natural-looking esthetics, they’ve long made it the ideal choice for final restorations, from traditional crowns to full-mouth dental implants. In 2011, the FDA approved using zirconia to fabricate not just the crown portion of a dental implant, but the post and abutment too!

Traditionally, the implant post and abutment were both made from titanium, a strong, stable metal with great biocompatibility, meaning it’s generally easily accepted by the body without triggering an unwanted response from the immune system. Similarly, zirconia has amazing compatibility with the tissues of the body.

Both titanium and zirconia have their advantages, and our zirconia dentist, Dr. James Fetsch will help you navigate which material will give you the most successful, longest-lasting results for your dental implants. Zirconia implants have superior versatility for crafting implant posts and abutments. Because zirconia dental implants don’t use a metallic base, they also have superior esthetics, creating the most natural-looking results. However, titanium still has its place! With slightly superior strength and resilience, titanium implants are ideal for patients with a heavy bite or a history of grinding. Because we believe in a fully customized approach to your smile restorations, we offer both options with pride.

Delivering Excellence to Every Smile

Regardless of whether full ceramic dental implants or titanium implants will be the best option for you, your All-on-X full arch dental implant process will be the same. We’ll always begin our treatments with a consultation where we complete a thorough evaluation of your current oral health, discuss your dental concerns, and learn your smile goals. With this information, we’ll design a completely customized treatment plan to not only provide a specific treatment plan that’s tailored to you but create the outcome that you’re looking for.

Once your treatment plan is completed, we’ll choose your sedation option and proceed with your procedure. Utilizing our All-on-x protocol, we’ll place your zirconia implants into your jawbone at a 45-degree angle to ensure optimal support. Once your implants are placed, we’ll allow your jawbone roughly 3-6 months to heal and fuse with your dental implants. We’ll place your beautiful temporary restoration on the same day so you never have to go without your beautiful smile! With our zirconia implants, restoring your smile has never been easier!
